The exact scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any service we provide will be confirmed in a written quote, proposal, or service agreement before work begins. The content on this website (descriptions, pricing tiers, service inclusions) is indicative and may change without notice.

3. Quotes & Pricing

• All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) unless stated otherwise.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Final pricing is confirmed in the proposal sent to you. Additional work outside the agreed scope is billed separately.
• GST or other applicable taxes will be added where required by Indian law.

4. Payment Terms

• Most projects require an advance payment (typically 30–50%) before work commences.
• The remaining balance is due as per the milestones in the proposal, with the final balance due before site launch / final delivery.
• Recurring services (hosting, maintenance, retainers) are invoiced monthly or annually in advance.
• Late payments may attract a delay charge and pause active work until the balance is cleared.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide content, brand assets, login credentials, and feedback in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all content you supply (text, images, logos, videos) is owned by you or properly licensed and does not infringe third-party rights.
• Review and approve deliverables within the timelines stated in the proposal. Delays in approval may shift project timelines.
• Maintain backups of any data you provide to us.

6. Revisions & Changes

The number of revisions included is specified in your proposal. Additional revisions, scope changes, or new requests beyond the agreed scope are subject to additional billing at our standard rates.

7. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, all final deliverables (designs, code, content created by us) are owned by you, except for any third-party assets, plugins, frameworks, or stock content which remain under their respective licenses.
• We retain the right to display work created for you in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Any preliminary designs, drafts, source code, or development assets remain our property until full payment is received.

8. Hosting, Domains & Third-Party Services

Where we manage hosting, domain registration, or third-party platforms (Google Workspace, Meta Business, payment gateways, plugins, etc.) on your behalf, you agree to the terms of those providers. We are not liable for outages, data loss, or service changes caused by third parties.

9. Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel a project in writing at any time. Work completed up to the cancellation date is billable.
• Advance payments are non-refundable once work has begun, as they cover initial planning, research, and creative resources.
• Recurring services (hosting, maintenance) can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. No refund is provided for the unused portion of a paid period.

10. Acceptable Use of Website

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access, probe, or disrupt the site's infrastructure.
• Submit false information, spam, or malicious content via our forms.

11. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we follow best practices in design, development, and SEO, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as search rankings, traffic levels, conversion rates, or revenue, as these depend on factors outside our control.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web Crafters IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of your use of the website or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the preceding 6 months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Web Crafters IT Solutions, its founders, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our services, or content you supply that infringes third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India.
